14 DAY TRIAL // The odd case of the Charlie Sheen attack in the dentist office just keeps getting weirder. But then again, everything about Charlie Sheen these days is weird. The actor was accused of assault and battery against a dental technician who claimed that Charlie was high on crack cocaine and got violent while sitting in the dentist’s chair and even pulled a knife.
The claims were deemed as outrageous by his lawyer, who alleged that Charlie was on pain medication for his shoulder and this reacted funny with the nitrous the technician was using on him to put him under. Also, he added that there was no knife, but conceded that Charlie did flail his arms, which caused the medical trail to get knocked over.
The dental technician is now adding molestation to her charges against Charlie Sheen
The technician, who was yesterday rumored to have been fired from her job because she leaked the information that Charlie Sheen had been in the office, is now saying that the actor tried to assault her in an indecent way.
TMZ claims that while she was trying to put her mask on, he ripped it off, jumped out of the chair and screamed at her “I'm going to [expletive] kill you!” She alleges that she continued trying to put Charlie's mask on his face but he grabbed her left breast and pulled at her scrubs and then at her bra strap trying to pull it down.
Margarita Palestino, the technician, adds that Charlie was “incoherent” and that the dentist told her that Charlie was high on crack cocaine. Finally, from her version of the event, it seems that Charlie pulled a knife and tried to stab one of the dentists but ended up stabbing his chair repeatedly.
A hurt Palestino says that Charlie's assistant tried offering her $500 (€396.7) for her troubles. When Charlie finally left the room, “spit covered the walls of the examination room,” and there was a general state of disarray. The technician added that she had to clean the mess up.
Charlie's lawyers are dismissing the entire account, but Palestino's lawyers can't wait to go to court
The entire account is dismissed by both the dentist and Marty Singer, Charlie's lawyer, who went on the record to say that “This is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit.”
Palestino's lawyers have a whole different outlook on the events “Our client is the victim of heinous acts perpetrated by Charlie Sheen. She will not be intimidated by Sheen or those who are attempting to cover up for him. We look forward to exposing the truth and vindicating her rights in court.”
It will probably be up to a judge to reveal the truth of what really happened in that dentist's office.
