14 DAY TRIAL // It's no secret that Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards have been involved in a bitter war regarding anything from custody to child support. As far as these two are concerned, being on different planets wouldn't have been far enough for them, but as it happened, they did live in the same neighborhood, in Charlie's home no less.
Radar reports that Charlie has finally kept his word and thrown Denise and their two daughters out of one of the homes he owns in his neighborhood and which he has now already sold. The luxury mansion had six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and sat comfortably in a an exclusive community, right down the street for Charlie and his new fiancée Brett Rossi.
It was the place where Denise Richards and their two daughters, Sam and Lola, along with Denise's adopted daughter Eloise had been living for months, but no longer. Sheen's lawyers “have been working with Denise in vacating the premises,” an insider reveals.
“Charlie has wanted Denise out of the gated community where he also lives for months, and his [adult] star fiancée, Brett Rossi has been pushing for it too,” the insider points out. Apart from the fact that throwing your own kids out of their home is a low thing to do, reports indicate that the reason they were living there in the first place was because they were close to their school.
The girls used to attend a different institution, but Charlie's wild antics caused them to be expelled, so Denise had to move them in Sheen's home in order to be closer to their new school. “Sam and Lola’s school is currently less than a five minute drive from the house they are living in now,” claims an insider.
The whole reason Charlie lashed out at Denise was because he felt he was being kept out of the loop with the girls. It seems that the “Wild Things” actress had been allowing Sheen less and less time with the girls, which made him reconsider his attitude towards them in regards to the house and also towards child support.
Charlie went into overdrive on Twitter around the holidays, when Denise reportedly denied him access to the girls. A long bitter tirade followed from the actor, in which his ex-wife got pretty smeared but chose not to reply to his allegations.
Twitter rants, however, are not a new thing for Charlie, his latest being directed against singer Rihanna, who wouldn't meet personally with the actor and his fiancée one night in a restaurant they were attending together.
