The troubled actor says he's getting a prenup drawn up “just in case”

It will be the fourth time for Charlie Sheen walking up the aisle so it's only natural that he's learned a thing or two from his three previous marriages. Before he says “I do” to adult actress Brett Rossi, Charlie is also drafting a prenup for her to sign.

The caustic actor has just announced his engagement to Brett Rossi as he looks set to take things all the way, but he's also playing it safe. An insider tells Radar that Charlie “will absolutely be getting a prenup, just in case.”

At the moment, Sheen is still living large off royalties from Chuck Lorre's hit sitcom “Two and a Half Men.” His fortune has been estimated at around $125 million (€91.2 million) and is said to grow even more as his new show on FX, “Anger Management” goes into syndication.

Charlie's prenup is more of a precautionary measure as the actor doesn't really think such an agreement is necessary since, in his opinion, Brett “is his soulmate” and in no way after his money.

At the moment, Brett is feeling all the love, since the prenup is said to be very generous to her. She's already been gifted an expensive Mercedes and has moved into his luxurious mansion.

She's even had former wife Denise Richards evicted from Charlie's property also in the neighborhood because she apparently couldn't stand driving by her car every morning when she went into town.

Charlie also seems to be more generous with Brett than with previous wife Brooke Mueller, who only gets 12% of adjusted gross income Charlie receives from his former CBS show. Sheen reportedly makes $75 million (€54.7 million) from that, but he has waived Mueller's claim to those earnings.

Rossi and Charlie have gotten engaged over the weekend, when he flew her on a private jet to Hawaii and popped the question on Valentine's Day weekend. To sweeten the deal, he brought along a huge diamond ring. Classy!
