A few hours ago, actor Charlie Sheen was rushed to the hospital for severe abdominal pains. Before that, he is believed to have gone on a 36-hour bender, in which a “briefcase” full of cocaine bricks was also involved, it has emerged.
Sheen, who has
a long history with substance and alcohol abuse, was reportedly partying with a couple of adult film stars,
several other women and a business associate before the 911 call was placed.
TMZ reports that the actor was carried to the ambulance on a gurney, with his face covered by a towel. Someone had called 911 because he was suffering from intense abdominal pain.
“We’re told Charlie was taken out of his home on a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance at 7 AM,” TMZ informs.
“Two young women exited the house at the same time Charlie was taken out with a towel partially over his face,” the e-zine further says.
As it turns out, the two women were not the only ones to have been present to the party / bender, since Sheen had actually enjoyed a much larger company throughout it.
“Charlie was transported to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. We’re told tests were performed and doctors are waiting for results,” TMZ says.
Sheen’s family, including his father, mother and
ex-wife are now at the hospital, waiting for the test results. His rep is telling TMZ he has no knowledge of the so-called briefcase of cocaine that had been delivered to his house earlier.
TMZ claims to have it on very good authority that not only is this true, but that Sheen personally consumed from it – from the moment the drug arrived to his home right up to the moment the 911 call was made.
“Sources who were present at Charlie’s house during his 36-hour party tell us after a man delivered a briefcase full of cocaine to the house early Wednesday morning, Charlie pulled out a small green pipe and started smoking cocaine continuously... for hours,”
TMZ notes.
As of now, Sheen’s condition remains unknown. A statement is pending – so keep an eye on this space for developments on this.
