14 DAY TRIAL // The feud between Charlie Sheen and estranged ex-wife Denise Richards has finally blown out of proportion, as Sheen has instructed his lawyers to evacuate the actress and their daughters from his luxury mansion in Mulholland Estates.
Radar claims that Charlie has finally given in to the pressure from new fiancée Brett Rossi and started the eviction procedure that will force Denise and their two daughters, Sam and Lola, to find another home in the shortest time possible.
The reason for this sudden eviction seems to be the fact that Charlie has a buyer lined up for the luxury estate he owns in the exclusive community. “Charlie’s lawyers have advised Denise it’s time to move out of the Mulholland Estates mansion,” claims an insider.
“He has claimed to have a buyer for the home lined up. Charlie wants Denise and the girls out — right away. Put simply, he doesn’t seem to care where Denise moves to,” adds the same source.
As previously reported, Denise and Charlie have been at war over the girls and the time they are allowed to spend together. But it seems that the little extra push that Charlie needed to throw away any shred of common sense and decency came from his newest partner, former adult actress Brett Rossi.
After the two moved in together and Charlie professed to the world that he had finally found the love of his life, Brett became very territorial and told Sheen that he had to kick Richards out of the neighborhood.
Insiders reported at the time that Rossi simply couldn't stand driving by Richard's home every day and watch her drive her children to school so close to Charlie. The insider reveals that “Brett convinced Charlie to sell the mansion, arguing that Denise has cut off access to their daughters, why should he allow her to live in the house for free?”
Last year, Sheen complained on social media that he was paying too much child support so, when Denise reduced the time he spent with the girls, he went ballistic. Of course, he also allegedly got a little help from Brett, who aims to remove potential rivals.
Meanwhile, Brooke Mueller, Charlie's other former wife, has received an increase in her child support simply because she was willing to afford the actor more time with their boys, something which he took as a sign of good faith and decided on his own accord to give Mueller more money.
