Word on the street has it that Charlie Sheen is going off the rails again, mostly because he’s pushing all the people who care about him out of his life, as per his fiancée Brett Rossi’s instructions. Proof that there is something amiss with him again comes with a new report saying he’s being investigated for battery and assault with a deadly weapon.

If you thought you hated going to the dentist, just you wait until you hear how much the former “Two and a Half Men” star hates it.

TMZ reports that he jumped at a dental technician with a knife, threatening to kill her in a cocaine-fueled rage.

Actor went to have an abscess treated while high on cocaine

Charlie Sheen doesn’t just party when he parties, he also parties when he’s doing everyday stuff, like going to the dentist to see about a painful abscess. All jokes aside, the celebrity publication claims that he went to the dentist earlier this week while strung on cocaine – and the result was a violent outburst.

It occurred when the technician tried to place the mask for nitrous oxide on his face, with Sheen going “insane” and “flailing his arms and striking her.”

That was just the beginning of the violent episode.

“The technician told cops she walked out of the room as Charlie's security guard entered. Charlie's personal dentist was there along with the oral surgeon. There was a lot of commotion and the technician says when Charlie's dentist finally came out he told her Charlie pulled a knife and went after him. The dentist wasn't hurt,” TMZ reports.

The same technician told the police that Sheen’s bodyguard had confided in her that the star had taken cocaine before the visit to the dentist.

The LAPD is now investigating the situation and will interview the star before sending the case to the DA. Sheen is looking at a possible battery and assault with a deadly weapon charge. So far, no one has been having any luck tracking him down to comment on the allegations.

Violent outburst could be connected to recent accident

Just the other day, a rep for Sheen told the media that production on his new comedy series, “Anger Management,” had been halted temporarily after he was in a freak accident at his home, which required a trip to the hospital and several stitches on his face.

The official line was that Sheen was playing with one of his dogs, and as he was doing that, dove into the shallow end of the pool thinking it was much deeper, and suffered some injuries on his face, the nose in particular.

Because this is Sheen we’re talking about, the one actor in showbiz who has exactly zero qualms about admitting his favorite pastime on the weekend includes ragers with booze, drugs, and adult stars, few actually believed the pool story.

Now that details on this attack on the dentist emerged, it could be that the injuries he sustained on the face were caused in the altercation he started when he pulled the knife. We’ll probably know more on it when Sheen himself issues a statement – and he won’t be too long with that, knowing him.
