Piling on the pounds is not something that any glamour model would want to openly talk about, let alone downright brag to the media, but for British star Chantelle, it is nothing short of an achievement, after struggling with bulimia for such a long time. The 25-year-old millionaire who made a fortune off her body is now telling Closer magazine about how she dealt with the terrible disorder and how good it is to have finally regained the appearance her body should have had from the start.

As Chantelle’s fans must know, the pneumatic blonde has often been targeted in the media for her constantly dropping weight, especially in recent months, when speculation emerged that it was not just diet that was doing that to her. In her latest interview, the glamour model admits that she was diagnosed with bulimia and that it took her a while to overcome the disorder. Now that she has gained weight and looks healthier than ever, she is ready to share her joy with the rest of the world.

“When I was skinny, I didn’t have a bum and didn’t feel very feminine. Having curves makes me feel much more womanly. I’ve put on weight and probably weigh about nine and a half stone at the moment – it’s the heaviest I’ve ever been, but I would much rather have curves than be stick-thin with my bones showing.” Chantelle says for the magazine. In all fairness, the photo accompanying the interview does reveal that she’s feeling more confident now than she ever did, a change that is also to be seen in her new, more natural look, several other British media outlets are pointing out.

Succumbing to the pressure of being thin is not the only thing that this particular model regrets. As we were telling you a while back, Chantelle is also deeply sorry to have made the decision to get her chest surgically enhanced since it has led to health problems she would have never suspected. One thing led to another, and a big implant to an even bigger one, and, this way, by the time she realized what was going on, Chantelle had to see specialists for her back problems, she was saying not long ago.

“They’re just too big. Now I just want to hide them. I thought I wanted to go up to that size and I loved them at the time, but now I wish I’d never had them done. I’m very bad at making decisions and I just change my mind really quickly, so I do regret it now. Looking back, I did it for the attention. I realize it was a cry for help. They’re taking over my life.” Chantelle explained in a recent interview.
