Channing Tatum and his wife of 4 years have just become first-time parents. The couple, who announced they were expecting in December, are yet to reveal if they have a boy or a girl.

However, it’s certain that Jenna Dewan-Tatum gave birth in London the other day, Us Weekly writes.

This seems to be in accordance with what Tatum was saying in a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, when he announced that they’d made plans to have Jenna in London for delivery because he’d be tied up there with work.

“We're going to actually have the baby in London while I'm shooting, and then there will be no downtime whatsoever after that,” he said.

The film he’s now shooting in London is “Jupiter Ascending.”

“Production of Tatum's new film is set to move to Chicago in July, and his wife will begin work on her fall Lifetime series, Witches of East End, in Vancouver around the same time,” Us Weekly further notes.

However, an insider stresses, the new parents will put their bundle of joy first and their respective careers second.

“The baby will get top billing as far as priorities go. Channing is going to be the most adorable hands-on daddy ever and do whatever is necessary to make sure Jenna can balance it all,” says an unnamed tipster.

Just recently, Channing sat down for an interview with Cosmopolitan to promote his latest action flick, “White House Down.”

On that particular occasion, he talked about his and Jenna’s secret for making their relationship work despite their packed schedules, as we also reported at the time.

He said that their “thing” was to always take a couple of seconds several times a day, no matter what, to be completely honest with each other.

“Jenna’s and my thing is checking in with each other all the time, like ‘On a scale from 1 to 10, how much do you love me right now?’ And you gotta be honest, and you’ve got to want an honest answer,” Tatum said.
