14 DAY TRIAL // Jean Claude Van Damme recently teamed up with Volvo Trucks for an amazing, absolutely cool video demonstrating the precision of their new Steering System, and Channing Tatum is up for the challenge to show that his body too is a machine that can defy the laws of physics.
Tatum is now shooting for the sequel to “21 Jump Street” (review) coming out next summer, “22 Jump Street,” and he’s just offered us the best viral video to get everybody interested in the comedy, by doing a JCVD spoof. Talk about selling your movie when it’s not even done shooting yet.
The Volvo Trucks ad is embedded below. Tatum’s Jenko’s version, showcasing the precision of food carts on the set of “22 Jump Street” is above. Hint: Jenko isn’t really as cool as Jean Claude Van Damme, though he does get extra points for his bad weave.
Tatum might never get to win an Oscar because, according to some critics, he lacks the depth necessary to do a movie that would please the Academy but let’s be real for a second here: when you’re this awesome, you have no reason to worry because you will always be a hit with fans.
