Never before seen court documents in the Chandra Levy case stand to be made public by the end of this week.

According to the Inquisitr, court documents and hearing transcripts are part of the judicial paperwork that will be unsealed.

The decision was made by a judge on Monday, following requests by news outlets for court proceedings to be open to the public.

The judge and attorneys have met behind closed doors recently, and rumor has it that there are new developments in the case.

As I mentioned previously, there may be info that would discredit the key witness in the murder trial of Salvadoran man Ingmar Guandique.

Armando Morales was Guandique's cellmate, and the transcripts reveal details he provided about the killing.

The aforementioned publication notes that the sealed documents also show that he testified in other trials, also providing vital information.
