Not only is Lindsay recovering beautifully and quickly from surgery and boozing, but she is also preparing to enter a whole new stage of her life by getting herself a man. According to various sources, the actress has found love again in the arms of 'Girls Gone Wild' producer and softcore porn mogul Joe Francis.

PageSix reports that the two started dating a couple of weeks ago and that the chemistry they have is so great that they have become practically inseparable. Apparently, Joe was with Lindsay when she checked into the hospital to have her appendix removed and he stuck by her side all this time.

The surgery took place almost a week ago and Lindsay emerged from the clinic (less than 24 hours later!) more lively than ever, jumping and dancing around and, what's best, with no visible scar on her body. We know all that because, two days after she had the intervention, she was spotted running on a Miami street in her bikini and no sign of a scar was to be seen on her.

Anyway, word on the street has it that Lindsay and Joe have been getting it on major time, enjoying life to the fullest and partying almost around the clock. In fact, the two were supposed to leave for a mini-vacation at Francis' Mexican estate but canceled all plans in the last minute because they just 'couldn't resist the lure of the Golden Globes parties'.

This past summer, Lohan was linked to Pink Taco owner, beau Harry Morton but their relationship barely made it to the three-month limit. Although there was even talk about getting engaged and getting married, Morton is said to have dumped Lindsay for her 'bad habits'.

Now, if you look at the new couple (Joe Francis and Lindsay Lohan) in this light, doesn't it all begin to make sense? Of course it does!
