Champions of Norrath: Realms of Everquest is a video game created by Snowblind Studios, and published by Sony Online Entertainment in 2005. Developed only for the PlayStation 2 gaming console from Sony, it was classed as an action title with a dark medieval theme that sought to introduce some light role playing game elements. It is played from a third person perspective.

The game is a direct sequel to Champions of Norrath and the action is set yet again in the EverQuest universe. There is an evil power, Innoruuk, that was destroyed, after which his shards were scattered over the Planes of Power. The quest that the player undertakes is to collect all the shards, and then decide whether he wants to be good and destroy them, or go down the dark path and restore Innoruuk back to life.

Although most reviewers stated that the story of the game was rather weak, with forgettable characters and uninteresting levels, the level-up elements and the weapon selection in the game are well done. There are various enemies that require certain tactics to take down and, furthermore, we could say that the combat in the game might be its strong suit.

Champions of Norrath: Realms of Everquest offers two more races than the original release, and there is also an option to import a character that you have completed the original game with.

Ghost drive a Lava Rider in the lava fields in Act 3

Have a Barbarian that can use the spell Cyclone and the Lava Rider. Face the Lava Rider and cast Cyclone, While in Cyclone and when you see the "Get In Vehicle" symbol appear, press Triangle and you will get the view of the Lava Rider as if you are in it. However, you will not be inside. You will most likely be in front of the vehicle. You can now control the vehicle with the usual controls and also your Barbarian. Also, the Barbarian is invincible even in the lava. To get back to your character, press Triangle. However, you may want to make sure that your character is on land and the Lava Rider is on the same island. If you are stuck, you must reload or die.
