14 DAY TRIAL // The Chakra Development Team announced yesterday, December 10th, the immediate availability for download and testing of the Chakra GNU/Linux 0.3 RC1 operating system, which features the recently released KDE Software Compilation 4.5.4 environment.
Chakra GNU/Linux 0.3 RC1 now features the new Linux kernel 2.6.33.7-3 with LZMA support, KDE SC 4.5.4 and, Xorg Server 1.7.7, ATI Catalyst 10.8 video driver, Nvidia 256 and Nvidia Legacy series video drivers. New locales, such as Catalan, English, Spanish and German, were added to this release.
