Phil Miller announced yesterday, December 20th, the immediate availability for download of the final version of the Chakra GNU/Linux 0.3.0 operating system, which features the amazing KDE Software Compilation 4.5.4 environment.

Dubbed Ashoc, Chakra GNU/Linux 0.3.0 features a brand new Linux kernel 2.6.35.9 with LZMA support and aufs2 version 20101206. The KDE Software Compilation 4.5.4 environment, Xorg Server 1.7.7, ATI Catalyst 10.8 video driver, Nvidia 260 and Nvidia Legacy series video drivers are also part of this release.
