This is probable the test with the number 1.000.014 that contradicts the previous one and sustains another published before that; it's an excellent reason for companies to keep investing in such studies which have started to sound the same.

The research in question studied the possible connection between cell phone usage and the appearance of brain cancerous cells. The specialists have concluded that there is no connection
between the two phenomena, regardless the way or the duration of the cell phone usage.

"Overall, the majority of the published studies points out the absence of a connection between the appearance of brain tumors and the usage of cell phones and our analysis has reached the same conclusion", said the author of the study Dr. Stefan Lonn from the Karolinska Institute from Stockholm.

Although the majority of the previous investigations of a connection between cell phones and brain tumors had negative results, a relatively small number of researchers have announced that the exposure to cell phone radiation is a risk worth taken into consideration.

Doctorul Lonn together with his partners has studied 644 persons, with ages between 20 and 69 years, who had two of the most common forms of brain tumor: gliom and meningioma. For a credible comparison, the specialists have also studied 674 healthy persons that lived in the same area as the first ones.

The conclusion of the study was that cell phone users, regardless of the period of usage or the presence of a hands-free kit, are not more susceptible to brain cancer than those who do not use such a device. The results are also valid in the case of persons who have been using cell phones for more than 10 years.
