Donald Trump has picked another winner for his Celebrity Apprentice show, the All-Star edition and, as the headline clearly says, it’s country singer Trace Adkins.

He was “hired” by The Donald on last night’s season finale, beating Penn Jillette to the punch.

“Adkins won $250,000 [€194,235] for his charity, the American Red Cross, along with another $100,000 [€77,694] from Walgreens. The country singer had come in as runner-up on his first season, the very first Celebrity Apprentice, which was won by Piers Morgan,” The Hollywood Reporter reports.

It also points out how Adkins wasn’t just a savvy businessman but also a good team player, actually developing a relationship with Jillette based on respect and mutual admiration, which rarely happens on the show between the finalists.

“If I'm gonna lose, I wanna lose to the best, and by God he's the best,” Adkins said of Jillette before Trump made his final decision.
