The trade show in Hannover, Germany has started, which means that companies are officially introducing and exhibiting their latest creations. What we have here is a trio of laptops from Fujitsu.

The three notebooks are called Lifebook E733, Lifebook E 743, and Lifebook E753. Together, they make up the Lifebook E Series.

All three have a large selection of possible Central Processing Units (CPUs), from the 2.5 GHz Intel Core i3-3120M processor (3 MB cache) to the Intel Core i7-3632QM processor (6 MB cache, 2.2 GHz Base Clock, 3.2 GHz Turbo boost clock).

The memory support is equally customizable. There are two DDR3-1600 MHz memory slots inside, for a maximum of 16 GB.

Then there is the storage. 2.5-inch drives are supported, with capacities of 320 GB to 500 GB, though there are some SSD options too (up to 512 GB) and, of course, hybrid setups (500 GB HDD + 8 GB SSD caching).

Moving on, the Lifebook E have Intel HD 4000 graphics (thanks to the CPUs), Wi-Fi wireless support, a webcam (optional apparently), audio ports, a VGA output, DisplayPort, an Ethernet connector, a Docking connector for Port Replicator, a SIM card slot, a memory card slot (SD up to 2GB, SDHC up to 32GB, SDXC up to 64GB) and three USB 3.0 ports.

Furthermore, Fujitsu included a Kensington Lock, stereo speakers, an optical drive (DVD super multi or Blu-ray), the choice to replace the ODD with a second battery or bay projector, and a bunch of other things detailed on the respective product pages.

All in all, the only differences between the Lifebook E753, Lifebook E743 and Lifebook E733 is the screen size: 15.6 inches, 14 inches and 13.3 inches, respectively.

Fujitsu loaded the laptops with Windows. Customers can choose from Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, Windows 8 64-bit, and Windows 8 Pro 64-bit. The starting price is of €1,249 ($1,625), with shipments so far restricted to the Middle East.
