It is a bit larger than other 10-inch tablet because of that

The Lifebook E business notebooks and the AH562 are the “normal” items that Fujitsu brought to CeBIT in Hannover, Germany. Now we can look at the odd things.

The tablet featuring an integrated palm reader stands out among everything else there.

As reported by Engadget, the device would be a normal 10-inch tablet if not for the extra section on the right, where the palm reader is located.

Called PalmSecure, the tablet is housed in magnesium and plastic. It also supposedly has the same specifications as the Arrows V F-04E.

Touching the pad isn't necessary. The palm will be scanned just by hovering it above the sensor.

Fujitsu will sell the tablet under the Stylistic brand at some point in the future, for an unspecified price. Depending on how long it takes, the company may figure out how to make the sensor smaller and, thus, possible to integrate straight into the tablet like everything else. The extra bulk is not a plus after all.
