The parts feature Gigabyte's Ghost technology

Gigabyte came to the CeBIT 2009 show in Hanover, Germany not only with its new P55 chipset-based GA-IBP motherboard, but also brought along a new series of peripheral products, including the GM-M8000 gaming mouse with 4000 dpi and the M6880 mouse that features high precision, as well as the GK-K6800, the GK-K7100, and the already popular K8000 keyboards.

The Gigabyte GM-M8000 is a mouse specifically designed to fit the needs of professional gaming users. It comes with 4000dpi, high-performance AVAGO 6090 Laser Sensor. In addition, the mouse sports five programmable buttons, Gigabyte's GHOST engine software with three unique profiles for up to 15 customizable onboard settings with macro editing, DPI adjustment and weight tuning, with up to 38 grams of metal weights.

The Gigabyte M6880 mouse comes with a high-precision laser engine, features backward and forward buttons, as well as an ergonomic design and DPI adjustable (1600/800dpi). The device also has five buttons, rubber side grips and grooves on the left and right buttons for your fingers, while featuring a 4.5-feet long cable.

Gigabyte also brought along the GK-K8000 keyboard, which is the first Mechanical Gaming Keyboard in the world. It sports Gigabyte's Ghost technology, a hardware/software pack designed to provide macro editing and programmable chip with onboard memory, being able to memorize 13 Onboard Macro settings, while also offering 100 customizable profiles.

The GK-K8000 keyboard provides its users with three ways in which they are able to switch between profiles. There is the Super-switch, through pressing the profile button, one strike for Super 1, two for Super 2, and three strikes for Super 3. The second way is the Quick-switch, while the third is the Software-switch.
