ASUS, a leading notebook designer and manufacturer, unveiled at the annual CeBIT 2009 a lineup of mobile computing solutions. The new mobile machines deliver the company's top-of-the-line research and development, while also coming with an industrial design that provides users with both a functional notebook and the possibility to compute with style while on the go.

During CeBIT 2009, the company will stress on its partnership with Automobili Lamborghini in the ASUS-LAMBORGHINI VX5, a machine that sports a chassis inspired by the limited edition Lamborghini Reventón. The ASUS M90Gf notebook will also be present at the show, providing innovative multimedia-oriented specifications and features, offering a way for users to enjoy high-definition audio and visual excitement. In addition, the company will also introduce its new ASUS K Series, able to provide high-performance day-to-day computing and steadfast reliability.

The new ASUS K Series notebooks have been designed with comfort in mind. They come with a proprietary ASUS Super Hybrid Engine (SHE) and can provide up to 5 hours of computing on a 6-cell battery, along with options between performance and power saving modes, as well as reliability and multimedia enjoyment. The machines pack up Altec Lansing speakers, true SRS surround sound, as well as a 16:9 golden aspect ratio LCD screen. The ASUS K Series also includes strategically placed heat vents meant to maintain a low temperature even after the device has been used for long periods of time.

The ASUS M90Gf is a great solution for those fond of high definition but always on the move. The ASUS-LAMBORGHINI VX5 comes not only with a futuristic chassis, but also includes the world’s largest density Solid State Drive standing at 1TB. The machine is able to provide impressive performance levels, as it includes an Intel Core2 Quad processor and 4GB memory, as well as the TwinTurbo mode, which allows users to leverage the CPU and GPU performance via a speed key.

The laptop comes with a 16-inch full high-definition display and a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M graphics card with GDDR3 1GB VRAM. It also sports a newly-adopted illuminated ‘chiclet’ keyboard able to lights up in low light, as well as a Blu-ray disc combo optical drive to complement the other capabilities of the device.
