Samsung G400 Soul and Samsung U900 Soul are among the most impressive phones to land at the 2008 edition of CeBIT (4 - 9 March, Hanover, Germany). Even more, they will probably also be among the most craved handsets during the year, as they combine high-end features with great looks in an admirable way.

G400 Soul is a clamshell that offers two 2.2 inch touchscreen displays, one internal and one external, both supporting 256K colors and a 240 x 320 pixels resolution. Via the external display users can have a full control over the phone's functions, the same as from the internal one and from the phone's hardware keypad.

Samsung G400 Soul measures 102.8 x 51.5 x 15.2 millimeters and brings a 5 Megapixel camera with flash, auto focus and video recording, plus a secondary video-call camera. Other highlights include HSDPA for data transfer speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps, Google search, mobile blogging, email capabilities, Media player, FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and USB 2.0. G400 Soul is expected to hit the market in June 2008.

The other Soul handset, Samsung U900, first announced during MWC 2008, is a slim and stylish slider phone that measures 105 x 49.5 x 12.9 mm and offers a Magical Touch navigation pad that adjusts itself according to user's needs to make the whole mobile experience simple and intuitive.

Samsung U900 Soul comes with a 2.2 inch display (16 million colors and 240 x 320 pixels), a 5 Megapixel camera with flash, auto focus, image stabilizer, Wide Dynamic Range, face detection and video recording. Furthermore, the phone features HSDPA connectivity (7.2 Mbps), user-changed Graphic Interface, Media player, speaker amplifier with Bang & Olufsen ICEpower technology, Music library, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0, Google mail / search, mobile blogging and so on.

Samsung U900 Soul will be available starting April 2008 for a price that hasn't been disclosed yet.

Both Samsung Soul handsets have a very nice overall look, as you can see for yourselves in the live CeBIT images from below. Enjoy!
