Shortly after Mariah Yeater hired a new attorney to represent her in what she believed would be a legal confrontation with Justin Bieber, with the aim to establish he's the father of her child, she has the rug pulled out from under her: there is proof she's lying.Yeater, a 20-year-old woman who came out of nowhere to say she slept with Bieber a year ago and the encounter resulted in a pregnancy, has been getting plenty of media attention lately.
She went on the record and public to say she and Bieber had relations, demanding that he pay her alimony for her 3-month son.
Just recently, under threat of a lawsuit from Bieber's camp, she was dropped by her two attorneys and she hired another to rep her. But things are definitely not going good for her.
TMZ got a hold of several text messages she sent her best friend, in which she asks her not to tell the media anything about the baby's real father (her ex-boyfriend) and to delete all texts that might point to the truth.
“Please ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Trystin is Robbies son. Ill kick u when we get paid. Im trusting you pleeeeease [sic],” she writes in one message, signing it “Mariah Laci.”
Another text offers even more confirmation that she lied about Justin being the father of her child, pleading with the friend to get Robbie more involved in the boy's life.
“Would you please stress to Robbie how important it is for him to be in his sons life?” she writes.
These texts were more than enough for Bieber's camp to decide that Yeater has been lying all along. Despite what her attorney said yesterday about looking for
an out of court settlement, it's not going to happen.
“This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story. Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never met Justin, she has consistently identified another man as the child's father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media,” the pop star's attorney tells TMZ.
“There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be,” he adds.
Now that there is irrefutable proof that Yeater lied, Justin will most likely go after her in court for defamation.
