The team working on Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 at Konami is releasing a new video for the title, which is designed to show off the recording process for the orchestral soundtrack, which took place at the iconic Abbey Road studios.

The company says that it has assembled the biggest orchestra ever used for a video game in order to create pieces of music that capture the essence of the new title, written by Oscar Araujo.

The company explains, “The acclaimed Araujo returns to the series following the stunning reception to his Lords of Shadow score, and has produced an epic soundtrack for the new game. Recorded at the iconic Abbey Road Studios, Lords of Shadow 2 features the largest orchestra ever used in the production of a video game!”

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will be launched on the PC, the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 and will be offered on February 25 in North America and three days later in Europe.
