She will be back in court again, after woman sues her for comments she made back in 2008

Casey Anthony is no longer in hiding, as private investigators have “flushed her out” in order to serve her with a subpoena to bring her back to court. The case goes back to 2008.

When police were still looking for her daughter Caylee, who was later found dead, Anthony told them that she had left her 2-year-old with a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez, who most likely kidnapped her.

As anyone who kept an eye on the insanely mediated trial must know, there was no such nanny by this name.

However, a woman named Zenaida Gonzalez does exist and she's taking Anthony to court for her comments, People magazine reports.

Her people tracked her down and, for the first time in a almost a year, her whereabouts are known to people other than her attorneys.

“Ten months after she went into hiding, Casey Anthony has been found and now may have to face tough questions under oath in a courtroom,” the celebrity publication writes.

Until now, no one knew of her location, which only makes sense, considering that she was at one point (and probably still is) the most hated woman in America.

“Our investigation team had her whereabouts pinned down. Their backs were against the wall, so her attorneys said that they would accept service on her behalf,” Matt Morgan, Gonzalez's attorney, says for the same publication.

“Ms. Gonzalez is happy to hear that Casey Anthony finally will be held accountable just like everybody else,” Mr. Morgan adds.

The new trial will most likely open the can of worms, because Anthony will now have to answer questions she refused to answer during the trial.

“Although Anthony had planned to leave the country after her probation was finished in September, she now will must return to Orlando to face Gonzalez, who wants Anthony do something she never did at the criminal trial: face questions under oath in court about Caylee's death,” People further reports.
