A new video of Casey Anthony in jail has been released, after being sealed by a judge in 2009 so as to not sway jurors. It sees her reaction to news that remains believed to have belonged to her daughter Caylee were discovered.

As we also informed you yesterday, a judge was asked by a media organization to allow the release of a video sealed back in 2009, when Anthony was still on trial for the murder of her 2-year-old child.

Now that she’s been acquitted of the murder charges, there is absolutely no reason to keep the video from the public, the organization argued.

As such, it’s now available online, as TMZ also points out – you can see it below, embedded at the end of the article.

“A grainy video – shot inside a Florida jail in 2008 – shows Casey Anthony’s reaction when she was told her daughter’s remains were found,” the e-zine writes.

“In the video, Anthony is in the waiting room of the jail’s medical facility, when she looks up at a TV screen and sees a news report on the discovery of Caylee’s remains. Casey appears to double over with her hands in her lap and then appears to breathe heavily,” the same media outlet says.

What’s odd about the video is that, at the time Anthony the footage was shot, authorities didn’t know yet whether the remains found belonged to Caylee or not, as People magazine also points out and we informed you yesterday.

This could either mean that she knew Caylee was dead or, just as likely, that she reacted like any mother would thinking that her child might be dead, that is, she started crying.

In other Casey Anthony-related news, she’s started psychological treatment and sources close to her are telling the press that she’s hoping she will, one day, be able to “redeem herself.”

While that is highly unlikely given how the public feels about her, she may still have a chance to “live a productive life,” which is yet another of her most ardent wishes right now.
