HTC is one of the launch partners for Microsoft's upcoming Windows Phone Mango operating system and, although the company did not offer specific info on the smartphones it planned on offering with the new OS on board, some info on them did make it into the wild.

For example, some of the previous rumors on the matter suggested that there might be at least two handsets coming from HTC with the new Windows Phone platform on board, and that they would be called Eternity and Omega.

Although no official info on them is available at the moment, both devices have had photos of cases for them leaked into the wild, which should confirm that they are indeed headed for shelves.

The two upcoming mobile phones did not make a photo appearance at the moment, but the cases provide us with the possibility to make an idea of what they might be looking like when released.

However, some images did emerge a while ago, apparently matching what the cases have to show.

Eternity has been spotted with camera / flash / speaker placement, similar with what can be seen in the case rendering attached to this article.

These are not the only upcoming HTC mobile phones to have had their cases leaked into the wild. Previously, cases for HTC Bliss and HTC Kingdom (Hero 4G) emerged into the wild.

For the time being, there are little to no details available on the availability and pricing of these devices, though some info on their specifications did emerge.

Eternity should arrive on shelves with 4.7-inch touchscreen display, while packing a 1.5GHz application processor inside, DLNA, and an 8-megapixel photo snapper in a slab form-factor.

The HTC Omega would sport a similar design, with a 3.8-inch display and no DLNA, but with all the other specifications of Eternity. Hopefully, more on them will be unveiled soon, so keep an eye on this space for additional info on the matter.
