Technology has been miniaturized a lot over the past couple of decades, opening the doors for small computers that, nonetheless, have high performance capabilities. That is why small cases have been getting more popular with each passing day.

Anidees has just released one such small case, AI-4B, for micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards, although it isn't one of those small, HTPC-like models.

Instead, it is a mini-tower case measuring 186 x 429 x 420 mm (W x H x D), or 7.32 x 16.88 x 16.53 inches.

There is no dedicated motherboard tray. The motherboard gets installed directly on the skeleton, like on most cases really.

There is room for four 3.5-inch storage devices as well, or 2.5-inch units if buyers are so inclined. It depends on what HDDs (hard disk drives), SSDs (solid-state drives) or hybrid drives customers get.

It is also possible to install graphics cards with length of 340 mm (13.38 inches), plus CPU coolers up to 168 mm-tall (6.61 inches).

Moving on, the newcomer has two 120 mm fans at the front and one 120 mm spinner at the back. Provided that customers don't opt for smaller versions of course, of 92 mm or 80 mm.

A fan controller with one channel, 2 fans and 3 stages is included in the offer as well. It is built into the I/O panel located at the top of the enclosure.

Which brings us to the input-output capabilities. The PC's I/O will be dictated by the motherboard of course, but as always, there are some USB ports and audio jacks. Two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 and one of each audio in and out, to be precise.

Other things worth mentioning include front air filters (removable), and an optional power supply (Standard ATX x1) and anti-vibration rubber for the fans, HDD and aforementioned filter.

Everything weighs 6.06 kg / 13.36 pounds. Sadly, the price is unknown.
