Cartoon Network Racing is a video game created by Firebrand Games LTD. and published by The Fame Factory. It was developed for the PlayStation 2 gaming console from Sony and for the Nintendo DS handheld device and was launched in 2006. The title is classified as a racing game with an arcade feel, developed using a license from Cartoon Network, and played from a third person perspective.

Cartoon Network Racing is basically a racing game which benefits from the added attraction of featuring Cartoon Network characters, like those seen on the cover. You will be quite pleased to see that Courage the Cowardly Dog, Johnny Bravo, the Powerpuff Girls, Professor Utonium, Dexter and Dee Dee and more will make an appearance in the game and race their way through sixteen different tracks that are created to resemble scenery from Cartoon Network shows.

There is a variety of game modes included in the game. There are Championship, Time Trial and two different more mini games. As you go through the single player mode of the game, you get to earn currency, which you can then use to get new things from the Toon-Up Shop. You can get new characters and karts and even three Cartoon Network cartoons to watch. Mario Kart DS is the inspiration for the gameplay.

The game has wireless multiplayer play. The mode differs depending on how many of the people playing have their own copy of the game.
