The former 'Playboy' star might be getting over her split with bad-ass rocker Dave Navarro easier that anybody would have suspected. For months, the 'happy' couple was rumored to be in trouble, but both Carmen and Dave denied that they were separating.

Last week, the two shocking stars announced that they have decided to part 'amicably' but that they will always love and respect each other.

Dave also made it clear that they are not to be disturbed during this difficult time, as they are taking the separation very hard.

Well, he may be, but Carmen seems to be on her way to cure her broken heart. The actress was spotted at Hollywood's nightspot 'Element' in the company of none other than Oscar winning actor and singer Jamie Foxx.

The two came to see a surprise performance by Gnarls Barkley and, as long as it lasted, seemed to be very intimate with each other.

An eyewitness said: 'Jamie's arm was around Carmen more than once and whispers were exchanged several times. No one saw them kissing, but they left together out the back. It seemed like they were out on a date'.

One must say that, if rumors are true, Carmen proves that she hasn't such bad taste in men, at least this time around.
