14 DAY TRIAL // Carmen Electra is a babe: she’s been one for her entire 20+-year career and will most likely continue to be one for the rest of it. Proof of that comes with the latest print issue of men’s magazine FHM, which has her on the cover.
Carmen Electra is officially the oldest cover girl ever to pose for the publication. She is 41, by the way.
While that’s not even remotely “old,” in showbiz and in glamor modeling, which Carmen does for FHM, it’s practically ancient. Not too many women can boast of this achievement, so Electra is a notable exception to the “rule” that once you’re past 35 you’re no longer cover girl material.
Speaking of her age, the stunning former “Baywatch” star reveals for the publication that she actually feels more confident now that she’s in her 40s than she did, say, when she was 21.
“I feel more comfortable now. I feel less nervous, like I’m in a really good place in my life and just being in that space makes you feel [more attractive],” she explains.
“I think it’s all about embracing yourself. I love being on shoots because you can get into the fantasy of it all. I love getting into new outfits too, stuff I wouldn't normally wear,” Carmen continues.
Of course, being able to get dressed up in things she wouldn’t normally wear means a lot of time and energy invested into a regular, very efficient workout routine. Carmen has one of the fittest, more enviable figures in the industry and that’s only possible because she’s very careful about her diet and gets plenty of exercise.
Throughout the years, Electra has even released several DVD workouts, so any woman looking to get in shape can turn to them to get started in the comfort of her home. Reviews for them were consistently good, so she’s not just another star doing this for the extra buck.
Back to the FHM cover, it shows Carmen in retro-style underwear and high heels, reclining on a bed while looking seductively into the camera.
