It’s been less than two weeks since version 2.0 of Carbon for Twitter made it to the Google Play Store, and developers have already released a major update that adds lots of changes to one of the most popular Twitter clients.

According to the official changelog, the latest update adds a “What’s New” to Settings Screen and Favorites Count to Tweet View. The following new options have been added as well:

- Added Tweet options to Tweet View for Copying and Copying Link to Tweet; - Added System locale formatting to Numbers on User Profile.

Some bugs brought in by the previous update have been addressed as well, such as the “In Reply To Tweet” Type style on Compose Screen issue and the User-Bio Type style on User Profile.

It is also worth mentioning that Trends Locations are now sorted by Alphabet in the latest version of Carbon for Twitter and fast scrolling with Alphabet Navigation has been introduced as well. Last but not least, developers confirm Full SSL support and some general UI touch-ups and contrast balance.

You can now download Carbon for Twitter for Android 2.1.1 for free via Google Play Store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 4.0 and up.
