“Divergent” has lost its top spot in the list of favorite movies of pirates all around the world. In its stead comes “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” a movie that’s already made the rounds of this chart back when the only copies available were low-quality.

The second movie in the series, featuring Chris Evan and Samuel L. Jackson, as well as Scarlett Johansson, has managed to attract quite a few downloads over the past week, pushing the film from the second spot to the top of the chart, according to TorrentFreak.

“Divergent” finds itself on the second place, dropping from last week, while “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” climbs two spots to number three.

At number four we find “22 Jump Street,” albeit in a not-so-great quality copy. The movie brings Channing Tatum and Johan Hill back into hilarious situations like the ones that made the first installment a success.

“Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” slipped one spot since last week’s chart, landing at number five. Despite the hype surrounding this much-awaited sequel, it seems that the TS copy available online isn’t making fans too happy and they’re either waiting for a proper DVD copy or just skipping the entire waiting time and hitting the cinemas.

The infamous DVD screener for “The Expendables 3” that landed well before the movie reached cinemas is now down to the sixth spot. With the premiere date set later this week, the latest Stallone movie which features an endless list of big names (Jason Statham, Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Jet Li, Harrison Ford, Mel Gibson, Dolph Lundgren, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kellan Lutz) landed online many weeks ahead of the official launch, pushing Lionsgate on a hunt for torrent sites hosting the movie.

The first new entry of the week is “Hercules,” a CAM version of the movie featuring a seriously beefed up Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The action flick ended straight up at number seven and could climb a few spots in the weeks to come, although the low-quality of the copy will likely drag it down a bit.

The second new entry is “Guardians of the Galaxy,” a movie that’s been receiving rave reviews from critics and fans alike. Although the copy available on torrent sites is an HDCAM, it could still reach the top, despite the fact that the video quality isn’t all that great.

At number nine, this week we find “The Other Woman,” a comedy featuring Cameron Diaz. The last spot is occupied by “Need For Speed,” the action film inspired by the famous video game franchise.
