Dead Rising 3 was first revealed during Microsoft’s E3 press conference in June and is set for release exclusively on Xbox One on November 22. Since the original Dead Rising was such a big success, Capcom is sure they will be able to sell 1.2 million copies of Dead Rising 3 until March 31, 2014.

The original game from 2006, exclusively for Xbox 360, scored a sale of 1.8 million units to date, and in 2010 with its Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 versions as well as the PC sequel, sold an incredible number of 2.7 million copies.

Therefore, they became Capcom’s 27th and 13th bestselling games at that moment.

It seems that Capcom has great faith in Dead Rising 3 saying "With intense action, an unmatched level of weapon and character customisation, and immersive Xbox SmartGlass and Kinect integration, Dead Rising 3 delivers a heart-pounding experience unlike any other as players fight for survival in a massive, open world teeming with thousands of undead."

As such, one can see that gamers are in for a treat with the upcoming game and will surely not be disappointed.
