The teaser is most likely for an upcoming Ubuntu phone

Canonical is now showing another teaser image for an upcoming product, replacing the old one and the catch phrase that went along with it.

Canonical posted a large teaser image on its website, last Friday, but removed it soon after a few images that were showing a new phone, branded with the Ubuntu logo, hit the internet.

Soon after, the company also reported the Ubuntu Forums had been hacked and all the usernames and passwords have been stolen.

Today is the supposed launch for the new Ubuntu Edge (the likely name of their new product) and, up until a couple of hours ago, there has been no sign of it.

Canonical has replaced the teaser image and it's now showing the following text: “The critical point at which something begins…”

There is no countdown, so presumably whatever they're launching, it's going to be today.
