Ubuntu Hardware Summit took place on December 8th, at the Grand Victoria Hotel in Taipei, Taiwan. There, Canonical took the time to launch a new website and to speak about what's to come in the Ubuntu future, over the next two years.

The new website promoted by Canonical, odm.ubuntu.com, is designed to help device manufacturers (OEM and ODM) find the best articles in the Ubuntu community sites.

The content of this website is selected by the Canonical Hardware Enablement team, because only the relevant and important information should be made available.

Canonical also used the Ubuntu Hardware Summit event to transmit some important information regarding the future of Ubuntu, talking about Audio Debugging Techniques, the ARM roadmap, Ubuntu and UEFI, and also offered a booklet about debugging the A5 processor.

After the keynote speech, UHS then went into break-out Tracks which included topics on Ubuntu Cloud, hardware enablement, Ubuntu System Architecture and Thin Client solutions.
