Canon might have pulled the wraps off its much-awaited EOS 7D Mark II camera today at Photokina, and all eyes went on that product, but the photo gear maker also brought a bunch of other stuff, including this PowerShot trio of shooters.

Since our obsession with selfies seems to be never-ending, Canon has taken the necessary steps to blend in some seflie-friendly feats in its latest triad. We’ll take each camera at a time and detail them for you in what follows.

PowerShot GT X

The shooter arrives with the overly popular 1-inch sensor that has captured the attention of a lot of product makers. The GT X has a 20.2MP sensor and boasts a range of 125-12,800.

Like the new EOS 7D Mark II DSLR, the camera takes advantage of a Digic 6 image processor. The lenses offer a 4.2x optical zoom affair with 24-100mm equivalent, and a max aperture of f/1.8 to f/2.8.

The camera has an LCD touch screen with 1,040,000 dots, and this is where the selfie purpose becomes apparent because the screen can flip with a full 180 degrees, letting you see the angles and light in which you’re about to perform some photographic self-love.

The camera takes advantage of a 31-point AF system with maximum 6.5fps and can shoot 1080p video at 60fps. On top of that, you’ll find built-in Wi-Fi onboard.

The GT X is due out in October, with a price tag of $699 / €541.

PowerShot SX60 HS

This might be the most awaited new member of the PowerShot family. The camera has been delayed for various reasons but it has finally made an appearance into the wild.

This is a super-zoom camera coming in with a 65x capability which translates into a focal range of 21-1356mm.

The device takes advantage of a 16.1-megapixel CMOS sensor working in concert with Digic 6 processor.

The SX60 HS boasts the Zoom Framing Assist function, which gives photographers a wider field of view in the viewfinder, so you’ll able to track your subject even in the most awkward angles.

The camera should arrive in October and cost you $549 / €425.

PowerShot N2

Last but not least comes the most compact of the three, the PowerShot N2. This is an atypical-looking little camera arriving with a square design.

The device is an upgrade to the original model and has a 16.1MP CMOS sensor and 8x optical zoom lens but also Wi-Fi.

Like the other two cameras, it has a tilting screen that’s also touch-capable, so it will surely appeal to selfie-lovers due to its low weight and compact frame.

The tiny shooter can be yours for $299 / €231 starting this December.
