The entry-level Canon EOS Rebel T5i / 700D DSLR was announced back in June 2013 as the successor of the EOS T4i / 650D. The camera features an 18MP CMOS APS-C sensor, DIGIC 5 image processor, and a high ISO sensitivity of up to ISO25,600.

Moreover, the Rebel T5i / 700D is capable of capturing 1080p Full HD video footage with movie servo AF and can shoot up to 5 frames per second in continuous shooting mode.

Today, Canon announced the availability of a new firmware version for this DSLR model that comes with a few important fixes. The new update v1.1.3 fixes an issue that occurs when using Live View shooting mode and causes the camera to display Err01 or Err60 when the following lenses are attached: EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM, EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM, and EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS STM.

In addition to that, the new firmware also corrects a few misspelled words displayed in the camera menu for the Korean language setting. If you want to benefit from the latest changes, you should download Canon EOS Rebel T5i / 700D Firmware 1.1.3 right away.
