14 DAY TRIAL // On Victoria's Secret Fashion Show this week, Candice Swanepoel looked like a million dollars, literally. The 25-year-old model didn't just show off her perfect body, she also modeled in the priciest item of the collection, “The Royal” Fantasy Bra worth $10 (€7.5) million.
“The Royal” bra was designed by Swiss-based jeweler Mouawad who put together some of the world's most precious gems in an amazing bra and a matching gold belt. The gems on “The Royal” number more than 4,200 rubies, diamonds and yellow sapphires.
Candice had the chance to follow the steps of other famous models that showcased multi-million dollar lingerie items like Gisele Bundchen, Tyra Banks, Adriana Lima and more. The beautiful model was picked to showcase the expensive bra with a pair of white gloves and red velvet heels.
After being photographed in the amazing ensemble, Candice admitted that “The Royal” Fantasy Bra was the priciest item she has worn until now. The bra came with two bodyguards and a special pair gloves with which it needed to be carefully handled, according to DailyMail.
After rocking the catwalk in “The Royal,” Candice changed into some less pricey, but still glamorous, outfits. She wore a flowing garment made of peach-colored lace and velvet, with a beautiful long trail and an all-white bouquet styled arrangement afterwards.
Not even British beauty Cara Delevingne could resist the temptation of getting closer to the amazing bra. Before the show, Cara posed behind the display mannequin holding “The Royal,” pointing her fingers at the very expensive ensemble.
Performing at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Taylor Swift looked stunning in a donned Union Jack costume and a sparkly silver minidress. The show was held in New York's Manhattan and was invite-only, but will be broadcasted globally on December 10.
