Starting Wednesday, owners of Galaxy Note II smartphones in Canada should be able to enjoy new features on their devices, as Samsung will begin the rollout of a new software update for their devices. According to
the company, the new update will arrive on devices with enhancements such as Multi-View, as well as support for additional languages.
“TheNextBigThing arrives Wed for GALAXY Note II owners as we begin rolling out the Multi Window & Chinese language support update,” the Samsung Canada announced via
Twitter.
As MobileSyrup notes in a recent
post, Galaxy Note II is currently available for purchase in Canada via Bell, TELUS, WIND, Rogers, Mobilicity, Videotron and SaskTel, yet no specific info on which models will receive the new
update has been provided as of now.
However, Samsung Canada might decide to offer clarification on this soon, so stay tuned.
