On sale, again, for a limited time “because you deserve something nice today,” Camera+ is one of those must-have iOS applications, if you happen to have inclinations towards photography.

Updated to version 2.2 yesterday, Camera + comes with one big enhancements - Clarity. As developer tap tap tap itself puts it, Clarity is “one tap to awesomeness.”

“Clarity is one of the biggest breakthroughs to happen to image processing in a long time,” the company explains. “Simply put, it can make your photos look truly stunning with just one tap.”

“We created Clarity to help turn all the shots you take into perfect photos,” tap tap tap writes.

The function allegedly analyzes your photos applying what tap tap tap calls “intelligent adjustments” to bring out details and make dull photos into masterpieces.

“There’s no need to futz with complicated and confusing controls… behind the scenes, we do all that and more for you through innovative ‘smart-processing’,” notes the developer.

Best of all, amateur photographers will stop throwing out bad photos thanks to Clarity: “…you’ll be amazed to see what it can do to photos that you’d typically consider unusable, like shots that came out too dark,” the company believes.

“The results are so good that you’re going to think that we sold our souls to achieve them,” tap tap tap boasts.

There are other enhancements as well. For example, a ‘+’ button added to the touch focus control enables users to easily split it into focus and exposure controls.

Multiple photos are now saved to the iPhone’s Camera Roll according to the order they were selected, and it is now clearer when the camera is autofocusing.

Improved Pinhole effects and Vintage border round up the list of new additions.

Camera + 2.2 also comes with tons of bug fixes, according to the changelog posted on iTunes.

The app requires a new generation iPhone or iPod touch (with a camera), and works with the iPad as well, tap tap tap says, although the company fails to specify which tablet model in particular.
