The highly regarded Camera+ application for iOS has received its biggest update yet, adding support for the new iPhone 5’s elongated display, iCloud sync, and Facebook integration. A separate version for the iPad has also been released with tons of new features.

Camera+ 3.5 not only takes advantage of the taller iPhone 5 screen to display more of your photos, it also leverages the new A6 CPU which edits and saves your works much faster.

Developer tap tap tap says “your photos will be edited and shared before you’ve had a chance to shoot them.”

The updated Camera+ on the iPhone now supports Facebook. And, thanks to the new iCloud syncing capabilities, you can now shoot all day on your iPhone and edit all night on your iPad.

That’s right, there’s also a new iPad version packed to the brim with new features.

These include brush effects, layer effects, the ability to straighten your photos, advanced image adjustments (including white balance, exposure, brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness and red eye removal), scene modes and flash, and dozens of new effects.

“We partnered with professional photographer Lisa Bettany to bring you a slew of stunningly beautiful effects,” says tap tap tap.

“With a single tap, you can transform a lifeless pic into a work of art. Make your photos shimmer with ‘HDR’… get down and dirty with ‘Grunge’… fill your pics with emotion and despair with ‘So Emo.’”

“There are dozens of 1-touch effects for you to experiment with so that you can get the perfect result every time,” according to the company.

Camera+ is compatible with iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iPad (3rd generation), and iPad Wi-Fi + 4G and requires iOS 5.0 or later.
