Call of Duty fans, rejoice! Activision has released Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies version 1.3.1 with an all-new weapon and brand-spanking new achievements. Call of Duty Elite 2.0 is also out with a bunch of new features.

Players of Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies can now try to impale the undead with arrows using the new Crossbow included in version 1.3.1 which just rolled out today.

The update brings along some new achievements, though Activision is a bit short on words in this department.

“Adapted from the best-selling console hit and built specifically for tablets and smartphones, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies delivers maps and weapons never before seen on mobile, and 50 levels of ‘Dead-Ops Arcade,’ a 50-level zombie gauntlet that provides the ultimate undead challenge for fans of Call of Duty’s signature zombie warfare,” according to Activision.

Avid fans of the shooting series who also keep with them the Call of Duty Elite app will require a second update. Specifically targeting the iPad, version 2.0 brings Career Summary Stats, Recent Matches, a Custom Class Editor, and a Challenge Tracker.

Players can access their Call of Duty HQ and track and analyze their multiplayer progress with rich game statistics in Career Summary.

That’s not all. Players can now search for and apply to Clans, check out recent activity or set a new Message of the Day, or tap into the Call of Duty Elite TV for live video streaming, multiplayer guides for Call of Duty: Black Ops II, staff picks and more.

Both apps require iOS 5 and work with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad.
