Video game publisher Activision and hardware developer Nvidia announce that they are working on increasing the graphical quality of the upcoming Call of Duty: Ghosts via the integration of TXAA and PhysX features into the game.

Nvidia engineers are already collaborating with the development team at Infinity Ward in order to make sure that explosions, gunshots, and character movements will all interact realistically with particle and smoke clouds.

The two teams say that the overall game experience of Call of Duty: Ghosts will be better on the PC than on any other device because of the partnership.

Recently, Nvidia also announced that it was working with publisher Ubisoft in order to increase the visual quality of Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, and Watch Dogs.

Here’s a look at how the GeForce GTX 780 can enhance the experience of playing the most recent Sam Fisher adventure.
