14 DAY TRIAL // Activision and Infinity Ward have confirmed that they'll kick off a double XP weekend for Call of Duty: Ghosts between May 30 and June 2 worldwide across all platforms.
Call of Duty: Ghosts still commands a loyal following even if many hardcore fans are now looking forward to the upcoming Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare title from Sledgehammer Games set to appear this fall.
Until then, however, Ghosts is still enjoying the spotlight and developer Infinity Ward is currently preparing to debut the third planned map pack for the first-person shooter, in the form of Invasion, which has already seen three of its levels leak earlier today.
Now, while it's not commenting on the leaked details, Infinity Ward has confirmed that the upcoming weekend will bring a Double XP period for all Call of Duty: Ghosts players across the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Wii U platforms.
All you have to do to get this extra experience is to take part in the game's multiplayer mode between May 30 and June 2, whether it's in the competitive mode or the cooperative Extinction experience.
You can expect to see more such events in the near future, in order to celebrate the Invasion add-on.
