Gamers can earn rewards linked to the multiplayer modes

The development team at Infinity Ward and publisher Activision announce that a new Clan War event for Call of Duty: Ghosts is now live around Rio de Janeiro, with all gamers who are interested in the game mode invited to take part.

The official Twitter feed of the company states, "RALLY UP! The Rio de Janeiro Clan War is now LIVE. Hold your ground, soldier! http://bit.ly/1dpbGDG pic.twitter.com/aaf6108zIJ."

The various clans created in Call of Duty: Ghosts can compete to hold down a variety of nodes that give them points in the long term and allow them to get access to a variety of rewards that can be used in the shooter.

Clan Wars is a mode that's newly introduced in the latest installment of the game and Infinity Ward says that it has long-term plans for events that will make it interesting.
