While plenty of big titles were showcased at E3 2012, millions of gamers still eagerly await Call of Duty: Black Ops II this November. In order to give fans more insight into the new shooter, developer Treyarch has now posted a video in which members of its team detail the improvements in the game.

Black Ops took place in the Cold War, but its sequel now goes into the near future, in 2025, where unmanned drones and vehicles dominate regular warfare.

Besides these robotic enemies and allies, the player has a much bigger role in the game’s story, as he can make choices in different moments that will impact the fate of certain non-playable characters, as well as the actual story.

Treyarch also added an array of other things in the new game, from improved visuals and lighting, to a more complex multiplayer experience, whether it’s the competitive one or the cooperative zombies one.

Check out the video above and learn much more about Call of Duty: Black Ops II before its launch this November.
