It seems that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2’s launch isn’t going as smooth as Activision intended, as players are now complaining of unredeemable downloadable content vouchers on the PlayStation 3, after citing connectivity issues yesterday.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 came out earlier this week and quickly broke sales records at all sorts of retailers from around the world.

Sadly, players haven’t received the best experience after purchasing the game, as many are reporting connectivity issues and now PS3 owners have flooded the PlayStation forums, via VG247, claiming that they can’t redeem the DLC vouchers they received with their copies of Black Ops 2.

According to many users, their codes, either for Nuketown 2025 or Nuketown Zombies, can’t be redeemed on the PlayStation Store, even if they are valid, effectively locking them out of the bonus DLCs they paid good money for.

As of yet, neither Activision nor Sony has talked about this issue.

My DLC downloaded fine, it was the first thing I did when I got BO2. I've noticed the PS3 connection issues, although leauge play and 24/7 Nuketown work fairly well.
Zombies has an annoying glitch where it sounds like a chopper is hovering over your character and you cannot hear any gameplay.
I hope that they are doing their best to solve these issues as quickly as possible because I'm in love with the game.

bull sh@@, pay money for something and supposed to get a bonus. Sony needs to get infront of this and fix it. they forget all of the issues we had a year ago or so. Hate to switch systems but not a bad idea...

I wonder if the computer that generated the codes; did not generate different codes; but the same ones. Here is the first 4 from my game: CCBK. Do these 4 match anyone else's?
