Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 has apparently been leaked, both online, via torrent sites, and in retail stores, as some establishments decided to sell the long-awaited shooter well ahead of its actual November 13 release date.

Activision is getting ready to launch Black Ops 2 later this month, but like with any major Call of Duty release, it’s already been leaked well ahead of its actual release date.

While the company has yet to confirm this leak, the Game Design Director of developer Treyarch, David Vonderhaar, has admitted that those who are now playing leaked copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops II should refrain from doing this or at least from bragging about their adventures by live-streaming gameplay footage online.

“If you are going to live-stream the game early, which I don't remotely recommend, you could at least be good at it,” he said, via Twitter.

Like with the previously leaked Call of Duty games, you can expect Activision to investigate these cases and punish those responsible.
