Activision is set to finally reveal its upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 game on May 2, at least judging by a special poster that surfaced on the web.

A new Call of Duty game will be released at the end of the year and, while many rumors are already saying that it’s going to be a sequel to 2010’s Black Ops, an official announcement has yet to appear.

Now, it seems that the official reveal might happen at the beginning of May, as a special poster has appeared on the web, via Kotaku, which says that on May 2 fans should “return for debriefing.”

There’s also a shadowy figure in the background, reminiscent of Call of Duty: Black Ops’ cover.

Factoring in all these things, plus the hint at the end of Black Ops 1 that a global conspiracy is taking place, it’s pretty obvious that Activision and the Treyarch studio will unveil Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 next month.

Until then, however, you can expect some more rumors to appear on the web.
