Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare developer Sledgehammer Games is apparently hell-bent on hyping their upcoming game like there's no tomorrow, always offering another sneak peek at all the upcoming action.

The latest reveal shows that the Capture the Flag multiplayer mode will be making a return and that the multiplayer factions in the upcoming first-person shooter are Atlas and Sentinel.

And they're most likely not in the wrong, either, what with one of the most exciting premises in a Call of Duty game yet, and with a lot of new mechanics coming to the game, such as exoskeletal suits and cycle grenades, which will reportedly also make an appearance in the multiplayer section of the game, and will be completely balanced.

But the highly anticipated competitive multiplayer aspect of the upcoming Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, the main reason people play any CoD game, is still a pretty big mystery.

Sledgehammer Games boss Michael Condrey has made the reveal that the soldier that gamers saw in the gameplay demo unveiled at E3 2014 earlier this month is the very same one they'll take for a spin in multiplayer, and that the studio's goal was to provide a really fast paced multiplayer experience.

In addition to this, Condrey has also explained that the shooter's wide array of futuristic gadgets won't by overpowered in any way during online multiplayer, which means that everyone who doesn't think too highly of killstreaks has reason to rejoice.

Now Condrey has made another interesting reveal via Twitter, showing a post-game screen from an internal test, showing a score table that indicates that the private military company Atlas is going to clash with the mysterious Sentinel on the playing field.

Atlas is the military corporation helmed by Jonathan Irons, the mischievous character played by famed actor Kevin Spacey, but the developers have not yet provided any information on the identity of the opposing group, the Sentinel.

In addition to this, the screen cap has also revealed that the Capture the Flag mode will be making a comeback in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, after being dropped in Call of Duty: Ghosts in favor of Blitz.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is currently scheduled to launch on November 4, for the PC, the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 computer entertainment systems from Sony, and the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles from Microsoft.

Sadly, although the game's initial listing for E3 2014 also included the Wii U as a launch platform, sources have confirmed that the entry was erroneous, and that the game is not coming to Nintendo's system.
